4. Chris Jericho defeated Goldust at 9:54. They traded arm drags and Goldust clotheslined Jericho over the top. Back at 5:20, Jericho hit a running insaguri kick for two. Jericho set Goldust on the top rope and tried for a superplex. Goldust fought out and jumped off the top. Jericho drop kicked him out of the air for a great near fall. Jericho locked in a rest hold that Goldust escaped almost immediately. Goldust ran his move set and tried for the bulldog. Jericho pushed off and hit his own bulldog.

Jericho tried for the Lionsault, but Goldust moved. Jericho landed on his feet and hit the ropes. Goldust hit a powerslam for another near fall. Goldust lifted Jericho for the Curtain Call, but Jericho slipped out and locked on the Walls of Jericho for the win. Jericho celebrated up the ramp with his title belt to end the show…

Chris Jericho was introduced. He walked onto the stage and introduced Wade Barrett. A video package gave more information on Barrett. Miz’s music hit and Bryan made his entrance alone as Jericho joined the announcers…

2. Wade Barrett (w/Chris Jericho) defeated Daniel Bryan at 2:14. Barrett attacked the ribs immediately and went to work. He worked strikes, slams, and back breakers. Carlito and The Miz were shown backstage watching on a monitor. Barrett charged at Bryan. Bryan moved and Barrett fell to the floor. Bryan hit a flying knee from the apron, and sold the rib injury afterwards. He rolled Barrett in the ring and went for a springboard something, but he fell instead and Barrett covered for one. Barrett hit a fireman’s carry slam for the win.

Post match, put over the botched springboard as proof of the injuries from the beating he gave Bryan last week. Jericho slid in the ring and stomped Bryan. He locked in the old school Liontamer (Walls of Jericho) and held it for a few moments before he and Barrett left the ring.

A short video package recapped Jericho’s title win…Ringside, Jericho made his ring entrance. A video recapped Edge spearing him and challenging him on Raw. Jericho started the same way he did on Raw, by saying, “I am the World Champion!” He showed off the belt with his name on it. Jericho said that Raw was supposed to be his gala, but it was ruined by Edge. He whined that he didn’t deserve it.

Edge’s music hit and he came to the ring to a serious pop. Edge put over Jericho’s win. Jericho said he was the best at what he does. Edge said Jericho is the best at getting speared. He listed all of Jericho’s accomplishments and kept throwing in the word “spear.” Edge said the spears are starting to get to Jericho mentally. He said Jericho couldn’t beat him.

Jericho said he could, but Edge said Jericho had doubts. He said he had a feeling he was what Jericho saw in his head all the time. Edge said he wanted Jericho healthy and in control at Mania. He said otherwise he would spear Jericho again. Jericho said Edge would never spear him again and punched Edge. He tried for a Codebreaker, but Edge grabbed the ropes. Edge followed with a spear and left the ring…
