The WWE fans love to hate Chris Jericho. Throughout his remarkable career he has provided sports entertainment fans with amazing matches and astounding moments whether he was in Smokey Mountain Wrestling, ECW, WCW, and WWE. He’s also left his mark on the entertainment industry outside the ring, from his band Fozzy, writing a NY Times bestselling autobiography, through his appearances on VH-1’s “I Love…” shows and his role in the hit film “Magruber”. But his most famous moments are in sports entertainment, where Jericho has won multiple championships, including the WWE, World Heavyweight, a record number of Intercontinental titles, and the night when he defeated both the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin to become the first ever WWE Unified Champion. But Chris Jericho has never had his remarkable career highlighted in a DVD set until now. This 3-disc release will include a never-before-seen documentary on the life and times of Jericho featuring new candid interviews with Jericho and his rivals, as well as more than a dozen of his greatest matches.

Cena said the more power that Nexus gains, the bigger the threat is that they will take over Raw. Chris Jericho’s music eventually interrupted Cena. Jericho came out wearing a suit and received “Y2J” chants from the live crowd. Jericho said he was standing backstage waiting for Cena to claim that the Raw team was his team. Jericho said he didn’t get involved in the feud to pander. He said he got involved with it because his protege Wade Barrett is leading Nexus. Jericho tried to lay claim to the Raw team that will compete at SummerSlam. Cena said he doesn’t care whose team it is, he simply wants to beat Nexus.

Jericho told Cena not to patronize him “or denigrate me with your sarcasm.” Jericho went off on Cena verbally until Cena slapped the mic out of his hand. Cena eventually put over Jericho as being essential to the team. Jericho smirked and then walked over and picked up his mic. “First of all, don’t ever knock this microphone out of my hand again,” Jericho said. Jericho said Nexus isn’t the only threat to the company. He said the other threat is named John Cena. Jericho warned Cena that once Nexus has been abolished at SummerSlam, he intends to turn his attention toward getting rid of the other threat known as Cena.

Jericho said he would either get help from the team or take out Cena by himself. “I’m standing right here,” Cena said. “Take your best shot.” The email chime sounded. Cena threw down the mic. Michael Cole stood up and read the email from the general manager, which said the SummerSlam seven-on-seven match will be an elimination match. Cole also announced Nexus vs. seven Raw wrestlers in another elimination match tonight.
The general manager booked Cena and Jericho in a tag match against opponents of his choosing. “And if you’re not down with that, I’ve got two words for you…” Cole concluded.

Randy Orton defeated Edge and Chris Jericho in a Triple Threat match in 15:10 to earn a shot at the WWE Championship at SummerSlam. The heels went after Orton early. He was able to fight them off initially, but they worked together and got the better of him. Eventually, the heel alliance broke down and they fought at ringside as the show went to break. After the break, Edge was in control of the match. He was getting the better of Orton while Jericho sold at ringside. Jericho pulled Edge to ringside and slammed him into the announcers’ table. Jericho headed inside the ring and covered Orton while using the ropes for leverage, but Randy kicked out. Orton came back with a pair of clotheslines on Jericho. After a near fall, Orton set up to DDT Jericho off the ropes. Edge ran back in, but Orton spotted him and went on the offensive.

Later, Edge set up Jericho for the spear, but Jericho countered it into a Walls of Jericho while Orton was outside the ring. Edge grabbed the ropes to break the pin attempt and then came back with a near fall of his own. Edge cleared Jericho to ringside. Orton came in and went for the RKO, but Edge countered and scored a quality near fall. Edge set up Orton for the spear, but Jericho entered the ring and clotheslined Edge. The three wrestlers traded near falls and then they performed a three-way clothesline that left them all lying on the mat at 14:30.

Orton went for the RKO on Jericho, who blocked it. Jericho countered with the Lionsault attempt, but Randy moved. Orton hit the RKO on Jericho and then followed up with an RKO on Edge. Orton covered Edge and scored the clean pin to win the match and advance to the WWE Championship match at SummerSlam..
